The Rental Process
1. Click on "Select a Rental Period"
2. Select your pickup and return date
3. Browse products to add to your cart or select from a pre-made bundle
4. At check out, select additional services such as "Delivery" and "Setup"
* No Delivery selection will result in pickup and drop-off at our location
* No Setup selection will result in self setup
5. Proceed to checkout to make payment
6. At time of pickup or delivery, ID will be verified and the security deposit will be authorized on a credit card
7. All rentals are due back by 10 PM on the selected return date unless arranged before hand
8. Payment will be processed at the time of return or pickup of equipment

Rental Period
Rental periods are calculated by days, not by hours. Here is an example of a typical 1 day rental:
Pickup as early as 8 A.M. on the day of rental. Return as late as 10 P.M. the following day.
In the above example, a 1 day rental can potentially span more than 24 hours and still be considered 1 day.
Multi day discounts start from 3 days. Special consideration is given to weekly, monthly, and yearly contracts.
If you're event space requires a permanent installation, enquire about monthly lease agreements.
Security Deposit
With all rentals come an authorized security hold of funds on any major credit card. We follow industry standard guidelines for security holds. This amount is typically the cost of the rental + HST + $200. This amount is not charged to your card, but held until the equipment is returned in working order.
We do not apply security to rentals that are being delivered and setup by our technicians. However, the full amount of the order must be paid prior to delivery.
Delivery
Delivery is available to all regions of the GTA. Your quoted service is all inclusive of delivery, setup, and pickup. There is no security deposit when your order is delivered and setup by our technicians.
To co-ordinate logistics, this service needs to ideally be booked as far ahead of the event date as possible. In very limited capacity, there is a possibility for same day delivery. Same day delivery needs to be called in prior to online orders to confirm technician availability.
The week prior to your scheduled event, we will reach out to finalize delivery details and also process an authorization of your order amount.
